We are seeking\u00a0part and full-time employees for a variety of different shifts and positions, including shifts during the early morning, day, evening, and overnight.<\/p>\n

1. CV<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please provide\u00a0a resume or CV with your educational and professional qualifications in pdf format.\u00a0We do not require\u00a0an IELTS score, but you should include it in your CV if you have taken the test.<\/p>\n

2. Audio Recording<\/strong><\/p>\n

We require an audio recording of your voice. Attach the audio file in the e-mail you send us. Alternatively, you can use a sharing website like Youtube or Soundhound and include a link to your audio file in the e-mail.<\/p>\n

For your audio recording, please record yourself speaking these words:<\/p>\n

“Liberty, library, heave and heaven,

\nPsalm, Maria, but malaria.

Then, in one minute or less, tell us a little about yourself.<\/p>\n

3. Writing Sample<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please attach\u00a0a\u00a0document of\u00a0something you have written in the past. This can be an essay you wrote for school, a document you wrote for work, or even\u00a0something you have written for personal or recreational reasons. It should showcase\u00a0your writing skills.\u00a0It should be in pdf format and at least one page in length.<\/p>\n

4. Short, Written Exercise.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Choose\u00a0one of the\u00a0three essay prompts below (A, B or C) and write a brief, one-paragraph answer to one of them. Your answer should be three to six sentences long. Please type or copy and paste your answer\u00a0in the e-mail you send us.<\/p>\n

A) Many people like to\u00a0think of themselves as unique and special, but tell us about\u00a0one characteristic\u00a0that makes you similar to the majority.
\nB)\u00a0Imagine you just won a LOT\u00a0of money in a lottery or sweepstakes. What would you do?
\nC)\u00a0Describe your favorite place in Dhaka.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0Your Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please see the shifts below and, in your e-mail, include which shifts you would be available to work. You can simply write the letters corresponding to each shift (for example:\u00a0A, C, and D). Please note that we have made some changes to the shifts.<\/p>\n

\nA) 7AM – 3PM, full time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales \/ CS
\nB) 9AM – 6PM, full time, 6 days a week – Order Managing \/ Customer Service Writer
\nC) 2 PM – 11PM, full time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales \/ CS
\nD) 6PM – 10PM, part time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales \/ CS
\nE) 10PM – 7AM, full time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales \/ CS
\nThere are also very limited part-time morning shifts.
\nAll times are in Bangladesh Standard Time<\/p>\n

Please note that shift E is awarded monthly performance bonuses in addition to the base salary.<\/p>\n
