February is Black History Month. We celebrate the grand achievements made by the African-American community throughout American history. This ranges from civil rights activists to artists, legislators, and inventors. Everyone can remember & honor Black heroes in various ways. Here are some ways to commemorate Black history \u2014 not just this month, but all year \u2014 from supporting Black-owned companies to donating to organizations and watching educational documentaries.<\/span><\/p>\n

CELEBRATE – AS A WHOLE!\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Having people from various backgrounds work for you gives you a broad range of expertise and insight, which helps you make better decisions and makes your firm more appealing to potential consumers, clients, and partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"We<\/a>Your Black History Month event should be exactly that: a celebration. Make it a company-wide initiative in which everyone can participate in a way that makes them feel good. Inviting fascinating speakers, such as artists, educators, or civil rights activists, is a good idea. Literature is a time-honored tool for learning about different cultures. Giving your staff books by Black writers can help them celebrate and learn about Black history.
