We will follow general adjustments for best resolution outcomes of artworks in 360dpi with only 120% upsizing and 200dpi with no resizing. Please outline the fonts, or we will reset them to the closest font available in our system. If you have white background in the artwork, it will be fitted accordingly with the actual print image. Kindly follow guidelines provided here for the finest printing outcomes, because we will not be liable for any issue with direct file formats sent to us that does not produce your expected printing quality.
To ensure that your artwork will envelop properly around the maximum printing area of the full color stadium cups, we recommend you to submit higher resolution artworks for optimum printing results. If you are using our online design studio, you can upload JPG, GIF, PNG, Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint files, but they might produce poor quality printing results being low-resolution images. If you are not using the design studio, then you can upload JPG, GIF, PNG files. However, we highly recommend using vector file formats or artworks like .ai or .cdr files for optimum printing results. We also accept other file formats like the Photoshop PSD, InDesign, Illustrator, eps, tiff. Additional cost is required to further modify your artwork through our designing team. We generally send artwork proofs in the form of PDF files for verification and approval from your end.
The Pantone colors will be best matched to facilitate precise and consistent reproduction of colors in the printed cups exactly as per the PMS numbers assigned to them. However, we suggest avoiding bright, neon, and metallic inks which will not reproduce well. For photos, RGB file format is preferred to maximize the color spectrum, however CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) format is also accepted to recreate the image using the four process colors as the cups are printed in wraparound format consistently to bottom.
