We are seeking part and full-time employees for a variety of different shifts and positions, including shifts during the early morning, day, evening, and overnight.
We require six things in order to apply:

1. CV
Please provide a resume or CV with your educational and professional qualifications in pdf format. We do not require an IELTS score, but you should include it in your CV if you have taken the test.
2. Audio Recording
We require an audio recording of your voice. Attach the audio file in the e-mail you send us. Alternatively, you can use a sharing website like Youtube or Soundhound and include a link to your audio file in the e-mail.
For your audio recording, please record yourself speaking these words:
“Liberty, library, heave and heaven,
Rachel, ache, moustache, eleven.
Sea, idea, Korea, area,
Psalm, Maria, but malaria.

Then, in one minute or less, tell us a little about yourself.
3. Writing Sample
Please attach a document of something you have written in the past. This can be an essay you wrote for school, a document you wrote for work, or even something you have written for personal or recreational reasons. It should showcase your writing skills. It should be in pdf format and at least one page in length.
4. Short, Written Exercise.
Choose one of the three essay prompts below (A, B or C) and write a brief, one-paragraph answer to one of them. Your answer should be three to six sentences long. Please type or copy and paste your answer in the e-mail you send us.
A) Many people like to think of themselves as unique and special, but tell us about one characteristic that makes you similar to the majority.
B) Imagine you just won a LOT of money in a lottery or sweepstakes. What would you do?
C) Describe your favorite place in Dhaka.
5. Your Availability
Please see the shifts below and, in your e-mail, include which shifts you would be available to work. You can simply write the letters corresponding to each shift (for example: A, C, and D). Please note that we have made some changes to the shifts.
Please see the following positions:
A) 7AM – 3PM, full time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales / CS
B) 9AM – 6PM, full time, 6 days a week – Order Managing / Customer Service Writer
C) 2 PM – 11PM, full time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales / CS
D) 6PM – 10PM, part time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales / CS
E) 10PM – 7AM, full time, 5 days a week – Inbound Telephone Sales / CS
There are also very limited part-time morning shifts.
All times are in Bangladesh Standard Time
Please note that shift E is awarded monthly performance bonuses in addition to the base salary.

Salary
We offer competitive starting salaries. Exact figures depend on the position and shifts you work, your English skills, and your experience. As an example, the starting salary for our night-shift, telephone sales employees is 20-30,000 Tk/month.
