I feel like our order was forgotten until I put in a ticket to get an order update as the order was late. Also, on the first wearing of one shirt, one of the letters was falling off. We hadn't washed the shirt yet either. The shirts turned out great otherwise. The color is what we expected and the lettering and logo really stood out. I am going to see if I can do something about the one letter on the one shirt. I'm hoping it doesn't happen with the others. I did order 4 total and it only happened to 1 out of the 2 already worn. It could just be a fluke (or lemon). I hope future orders we decide to make don't have this issue.
The process took about a week longer than originally quoted, but customer service was wonderful about helping us get it sorted out, and they shipped QUICK after they were finally printed.

Amazing!!!! The shot glasses we ordered turned out so good! All personalized and the color was vibrant and words came out clearly! They even shipped it sooner to get them to us in time for a military event! We'll be ordering from them again soon!
Over all happy with what we received! We were given extra cups, but still came up 3 cups short of our original order. There was quite a few stuck together(we eventually got them unstuck), some had some print defects, and there were a couple that were cracked. I loved how they turned out, and definitely will be ordering again in the future!
I would have given 5 stars except it took me 4 weeks to get my order. The product was just what we wanted and ordering it was very easy. You can't beat the price. Just don't expect a quick delievery. It took 2.5 weeks to be notified that my order was on the way. I received notice from USPS 3 days later that my package was at the local post office and would be delivered that night. No delivery. Four days later my package was still on its way. Two days later I had to have the Post Office do an offical search for my package. Two days later I received my package. Not the best experience.
The design, size, quality, etc. are great. But, from navigating the design and purchase process I was led to understand I was creating buttons having a magnetic backing that would attach to a metal stay (instead of a pin that penetrates/damages clothing). Instead of buttons, they are magnets as there is no metal stay to keep them in place on a person's clothes.
